Ordering
	A minimum of seven days is normally required for all orders, but our lead time is sometimes greater during June & July.  Express orders may be taken but this may incur extra costs. We suggest that all orders are made by fax, email or letter - telephone orders are accepted but any errors are the responsibility of the purchaser. Payment All invoices are due seven days after the show date, or requested date if well in advance.  All goods remain the property of Ash Rosettes until paid in full.  Invoices will be sent to the person placing the order unless otherwise stated.  It is their responsibility for ensuring full payment and failure to adhere to these terms means that cash with order will apply to all future deliveries.

	Delivery
	Once we have received an order form we will confirm compliance with dates requested unless these dates are unrealistic.  All the rosettes are packaged in clear-faced bags and sufficient packaging to ensure safe delivery.   Postage, where required, will be charged at the prevailing postal rates.

Goods All colours, measurements and specifications of any kind are approximations and made in good faith.  We reserve the right to substitute materials and colours in exceptional circumstances.
